Privacy Policy
Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how Brndts Corp. (“BRNDTS,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when individuals (“users” or “you”) interact with our websites, products, and technologies, including brndts.com and the brndts-ads software development kit (collectively, the “Services”).
BRNDTS provides a suite of innovative advertising solutions that analyze video content and enable the delivery of contextually relevant advertising across digital media properties.
By accessing or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.
Data We Collect
Automatically Collected Information
When users interact with our Services, we may automatically collect certain pseudonymous information, including:
- IP address (used for approximate geolocation only);
- Device identifiers (cookies, advertising IDs, or similar technologies);
- Browser and device data (user agent, operating system, screen size, language, etc.);
- Interaction metrics (ad impressions, clicks, viewability, timestamps, engagement);
- Network and performance data (latency, connectivity, and diagnostic logs).
We do not collect names, email addresses, login information, or other direct personal identifiers.
Information Provided by Users
Through forms on our website, users may voluntarily submit information such as name, email address, company name, phone number, or résumé/CV files when requesting a product demo, partnership discussion, or employment opportunity.
We use this information solely to respond to the request, schedule demonstrations, evaluate candidates, or conduct related administrative activities.
We retain such information only as long as necessary for these purposes and do not use it for advertising or unrelated profiling.
Personal data submitted through these forms is processed under legitimate interest (to respond to inquiries) or consent (where required by law).
Users may request access to or deletion of this information at legal@brndts.com.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
Our Services use cookies and similar technologies to enable ad delivery, analytics, and performance measurement. Users can manage or withdraw consent through publisher-provided consent banners or browser settings (see Section 6).
Purpose of Data Use
We process collected data for the following purposes:
- Ad delivery and measurement – delivering, capping, and reporting advertising;
- Personalization – improving relevance of ads where consent is granted;
- Analytics and optimization – monitoring system performance and algorithmic accuracy;
- Fraud detection and security – detecting invalid traffic and securing our infrastructure;
- Legal compliance – fulfilling obligations under applicable laws and contracts.
Legal Basis for Processing (EEA / UK)
Where the EU GDPR or UK GDPR applies, processing is based on:
- Consent, obtained through a Consent Management Platform (CMP) in participating publisher environments;
- Legitimate interests, such as ad delivery, analytics, and fraud prevention, when such interests do not override user rights;
- Legal obligations, when processing is required by law.
Data Sharing and Disclosure
We may share limited pseudonymous data with:
- Advertising technology partners, such as supply-side platforms, ad exchanges, demand-side platforms, and ad servers;
- Analytics providers, for aggregated reporting and performance analysis;
- Infrastructure providers, including cloud and hosting services (e.g., Amazon Web Services);
- Regulators or authorities, where required by law or to protect our rights.
We do not sell personal information in exchange for monetary compensation.
User Choice and Opt-Out Mechanisms
Consent Management Platforms (CMPs)
In jurisdictions such as the EEA and UK, BRNDTS honors consent and preference signals collected through IAB Transparency and Consent Framework (TCF) v2.2-compliant CMPs.
Users can accept or reject personalized advertising directly through the consent banners displayed by publishers using our technologies. BRNDTS automatically respects these choices.
Industry Opt-Out Platforms
Users may also control interest-based advertising across participating ad-tech companies via the following recognized organizations:
- Network Advertising Initiative (NAI): optout.networkadvertising.org;
- Digital Advertising Alliance (DAA): optout.aboutads.info;
- European Interactive Digital Advertising Alliance (EDAA / YourOnlineChoices): youronlinechoices.eu.
Opting out through these tools prevents participating companies from using behavioral data to personalize ads. Ads may still appear but will be less tailored to the user’s interests.
Data Retention
BRNDTS retains pseudonymized log data for analytical and operational purposes for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described above.
Retention periods vary depending on technical and legal requirements.
Data is stored in a form that cannot directly identify individuals.
Data Security
We apply administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect data, including:
- Encryption of communications and storage;
- Strict access controls under a least-privilege model;
- Two-factor authentication (2FA) for sensitive systems;
- Continuous monitoring and periodic reviews.
No security system is infallible, and users acknowledge inherent risks in internet transmissions.
International Data Transfers
BRNDTS operates globally. When transferring data internationally, including from the EEA or UK to the United States, we rely on lawful transfer mechanisms such as Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards under applicable law.
User Rights
In some jurisdictions, privacy laws grant individuals certain rights over their personal data. BRNDTS does not collect data that directly identifies individuals. However, some pseudonymous identifiers or proxies may be considered personal data under local law.
Users may contact legal@brndts.com to exercise applicable rights.
Because BRNDTS cannot directly associate pseudonymous data with a specific individual, we may be unable to identify or fulfill certain requests.
Children’s Privacy
Our Services are not directed to individuals under 16 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a minor has provided information to BRNDTS, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Updates will be posted on this page.
Continued use of our Services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
